Konstantinovsky was caught doing this by photographer Anna Grabarskaya, who posted the pictures on Facebook.
In the photo, only the hands holding the phone are visible, but Konstantinovsky admitted in the comments under the photos that it was him.
“I admit honestly, it was me! But there was no one in the hall yet, there was a break))) I wasn’t looking at men or discussing schemes)) I’m not ashamed,” the deputy noted.
