Economist Vladimir Dubovsky stated this on the Espresso TV channel.
“Adopting a budget in a hurry, under pressure, with ill-conceived and unverified tax innovations is a disaster. By the way, they are not innovations - this is what Azarov and his pupil dreamed of putting into the budget every year, but this did not happen. Now “new people” have given the same advice because they simply have no other ideas. This budget is a disaster, especially with the new taxes. We need to calmly figure everything out, and not accept everything in 10 minutes like Azarov,” Dubovsky believes.
