Yatsenyuk fatally miscalculated: the budget will be left without income, and Europe will not give anything, - expert
Kyiv, January 30 (PolitNavigator, Alexander Semenyuta) – “The revenue portion of the 2015 state budget will not be fulfilled. It’s too unrealistic,” said economic expert Alexander Okhrimenko on his Facebook page.

The analyst criticizes the government's plans, according to which the 2015 budget plans to increase tax collection by 25% above last year's figure. In his opinion, they will not be able to be implemented, even despite the fact that this year deputies radically changed the sources of tax revenue to the state budget.
So, if previously most of the personal income tax went to local budgets, now local councils will receive a small share, and the rest will go to the state budget. In total, it is expected that thanks to the growth of “white” salaries and the tax on interest on deposits, Ukrainians this year will transfer taxes in the amount of more than UAH 100 billion, which is 66% more than last year. However, neither experts nor businessmen believe in wage growth today; it is much more likely that wage debts will grow.
Another planned source of income is money transferred by the NBU in the form of taxes on its income. In fact, this is a net emission of hryvnia for 65 billion UAH, which the NBU and the Ministry of Finance modestly call the excess of NBU revenues over expenses.
It is also planned that the EU will provide about UAH 3,2 billion to cover the budget deficit. “Not very much, from which it is clear that Europe is not going to support us, and Ukrainians will have to find their own means of living,” the expert sums up.
