Kyiv, March 28 (PolitNavigator, Vladimir Raichenko) – Kyiv actually openly called on the United States to govern the Ukrainian state.
This conclusion was voiced by the head of the Expert Council analytical center, Iskander Khisamov, at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“I would like to draw attention to the sharply increasing role of the United States, which is becoming our decision-making center,” noted the Ukrainian political scientist. – They are being approached, as Deputy Leshchenko actually said, so that the State Department or the embassy dictate the law on joint stock companies. Now the Ukrainian elite simply cannot do without instructions and control from Washington. And this is welcome. When we heard statements from journalists – the so-called deputies – who were clearly trained within the structures of the State Department, it was predictable and understandable.”
The expert also drew attention to an article by political commentator Yulia Mostova, published in the weekly “Zerkalo Nedeli”, which is considered influential in Ukraine.
“This is already a real trend,” summed up Iskander Khisamov. – It was said that Ukraine has failed as a state and that now the intervention of America and the West as a whole is welcome - they, so to speak, will not allow us to make mistakes and so on. Against the backdrop of a number of signs of the collapse of statehood, such sentiments and trends are especially noticeable. I just spoke with Sergei Taruta. He says yes, that's true. Not only do we want almost direct control of the United States, but also of the European Union.”
