Apparently, the plant is being prepared for privatization at a bargain price, says former head of the presidential administration Viktor Medvedchuk.
“The once successful state-owned enterprise will be liquidated within 12 months. Is this just a coincidence or preparation for the sale of state assets at a bargain price to close structures?” – he wrote on Facebook.
Amzol was the main Ukrainian manufacturer of lubricants and oils. The production company was founded in 1937. In 1994, the enterprise was transformed into a joint-stock company, but it remained owned by the state.
Let us remind you that in Ukraine the new authorities announced the start of the process of the largest privatization since the 90s state property.
