“I am sure that 9 out of 10 apartments do not have hot water. Hot water is 52 degrees and above. And people pay for cold water at the price of hot water. This is another source of profit for the oligarchs. The same goes for heating.
I would somehow agree with the current tariffs if services were actually provided for this money. But there are no services,” the expert said.
