According to him, the government has planned to increase fiscal pressure on citizens through expanding the housing tax base (reducing the area of an apartment that is not taxed to 60 sq. m, a residential building to 125 sq. m) with an increase in the cost of utilities.
In addition, it is planned to cancel VAT benefits for the supply of services to educational and health care institutions while freezing budget expenditures for these purposes.
It is also expected that the fixed agricultural tax rate will be increased by 3 times.
