Yatsenyuk refused to restore Donbass - capital construction budgets will be given to Galicians
Kyiv, October 30 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) – The Government of Ukraine, headed by Arseniy Yatsenyuk, plans to allocate budget money for capital construction mainly to Kyiv and the western regions.

According to her information, this government proposal is indicated in the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1010-r.
“For example, part of the funds is planned to be used for the development and implementation of energy saving projects in the Shumsky district of the Ternopil region. Why not allocate money proportionately to other districts and regions if energy saving projects are really important? In addition, the list of objects for which these projects will be developed is not specified. There are also questions about other points of this government order. Of course, it is important to reconstruct the perinatal center in Lviv. But is it worth investing 20 million in this today, when most hospitals in the east of the country have been destroyed and people cannot get emergency care? How to begin the construction of the first stage of a clinic in the city of Kolomyia, Ivano-Frankivsk region,” the people’s deputy asks.
At the same time, according to her, Yatsenyuk’s government plans to distribute the funds in absentia, without convening a meeting of the relevant committee of the Verkhovna Rada.
“We should have held a committee meeting and invited the Minister of Finance to hear his arguments on this matter, and not hastily decide everything through a letter of agreement. Moreover, the use of the procedure for formalizing decisions of a committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine without holding a meeting of the Committee, namely with the help of a letter of agreement, violates the requirements of the laws of Ukraine “On the Rules of Procedure of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine” and “On the Committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine”. The government, which declares equal treatment of all territories, must understand this, and not repeat the experience gained by the previous government,” says Kaletnik
