Yatsenyuk instructed the management of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine and the Minister of Justice of Ukraine to complete the preparation procedure for protecting the interests of Ukraine in relations between NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine and OJSC Gazprom in the Stockholm Arbitration Court.

The Prime Minister also addressed the leadership of the National Electricity Regulatory Commission about establishing economically justified tariffs for the transportation of Russian natural gas through the territory of Ukraine, the government portal reports.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry were instructed to inform the EU member countries and the United States of America about the deliberate disruption by the Russian Federation of negotiations on gas supplies between NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine and OJSC Gazprom and the rejection of constructive proposals from the Ukrainian side, which correspond to the position of the European Union. Commissions.

“In connection with the deliberate unilateral refusal of the Russian Federation to resolve this conflict, the energy security of Ukraine and the European Union is being undermined,” said Arseniy Yatsenyuk.

As Navigator reported, earlier the Prime Minister of Ukraine admitted that the state cannot refuse Russian gas supplies.
