This was stated at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine by the country's Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyu, according to whom the lawsuit also includes Ukraine's costs for “aggression in the Donbass.”

“We have two key cases in the ECHR. These two legal cases concern both the Russian annexation of Crimea and the Russian intervention in Donetsk and Lugansk. The final figure of losses from the Russian Federation will appear at the final stage of consideration of the case in the ECHR,” the Ukrainian Prime Minister emphasized.
