Yatsenyuk continues to write off millions for a non-existent “wall” on the border with Russia
Kyiv, February 18 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) – Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk wrote off millions of hryvnia for the construction of a non-existent wall on the border with Russia. So, today at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, he stated that the construction project is being successfully financed and will be completed. Moreover, according to Yatsenyuk, 235 million hryvnia have already been allocated for this.

“The European rampart is being built and will be built. The security line is being built and is functioning. Last year it was equipped with technical and engineering means. We have allocated a total of 235 million hryvnia. The state border will be built. We will give anyone who opposes its construction the opportunity to get a one-way ticket on the other side of the border,” Yatsenyuk said.
Apparently, Arseny Petrovich will have to issue a “one-way ticket” to his coalition comrades as well. Thus, during yesterday’s broadcast on Channel 5, people’s deputy from the “Petro Poroshenko Bloc” Vadim Denisenko said that the border wall is a myth.
“He doesn’t exist, it’s a mythology. And there is no money for it,” Denisenko said.
People's Deputy from Batkivshchyna Grigory Nemyrya said approximately the same thing on the air of the talk show “Freedom of Speech”: “Remember how in this studio some of my colleagues said that they have now begun to build a wall on the border with the Russian Federation? They said: we’ll build a wall like this, 5 meters high, several kilometers, so that not a single dog can climb through it. Who has heard of this wall? Who knows how much money was spent or not spent on the construction of this wall?
