Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk asked the Verkhovna Rada to dismiss the scandalous head of the Ministry of Ecology Igor Shevchenko, appointed to the Cabinet under the Fatherland quota and caught flying to Nice on a charter plane owned by gas oligarch Alexander Onishchenko.
