Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk stated this on Espreso.TV.

“This year, all Ukrainian military personnel who defend the independence of Ukraine can enter universities without the results of an external independent assessment, because they simply did not have time to take the External Assessment Test, but through exams. And this gives an opportunity to everyone who wants to gain knowledge,” he noted.
