Yatsenyuk blackmails Poroshenko with Azov militants
The militants of the neo-Nazi Azov regiment, controlled by the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov, are used by Arseniy Yatsenyuk to maintain influence on processes in the country and bargain with President Petro Poroshenko.
The ex-Minister of Transport of Ukraine Yevgeny Chervonenko spoke about this on the NewsOne TV channel.
According to him, this is one of the reasons why the United States introduced a special amendment prohibiting funding for Azov from American aid to Kyiv.

“American intelligence services are very closely monitoring what is happening here and very clearly separating the wheat from the chaff, reality from political cries. They understand that Azov has become the court army of the Minister of Internal Affairs. They clearly understand goals and objectives, clearly see reality. Therefore, they forbade spending a penny on Azov, which now performs purely political functions, but can be used if Yatsenyuk does not come to an agreement with Pyotr Alekseevich and wants to seize power and not go into oblivion,” Chervonenko said.
