Yatsenyuk laments: In Belarus everything is going as Russia needs it
The Russian Federation benefits from the current “limbo” position of the Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko.
Former Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk stated this on the talk show “Freedom of Speech by Savik Shuster,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Yatsenyuk emphasized that Belarus, with a weakened president, economy and defense, is becoming completely dependent on Russia.
“Belarus and Lukashenko personally, unfortunately, are economically dependent on Russia. Belarus, unfortunately, is completely dependent on Russia in the security component, Belarus is completely dependent in the military component. And now, in the current conditions, it is the Lukashenko who exists that is beneficial for Putin. It is also desirable that Lukashenko have blood on his hands up to his neck in order to completely crush Belarus under himself,” Yatsenyuk said.
