Kyiv, December 03 (PolitNavigator, Vasily Ablyazimov) – People’s Deputy from “Batkivshchyna” Igor Lutsenko said that new details of the emergency pre-New Year vote for the 2015 budget have been revealed - the document turned out to be falsified. The final version of the law did not take into account the amendments of people's deputies, except for the amendments of the author himself, Arseniy Yatsenyuk.

Lutsenko draws attention to the fact that MP Chaika introduced an amendment eliminating benefits for high-ranking officials and judges. This amendment was supposed to limit their salary to a fixed salary only.
The amendment, Igor Lutsenko reports on his Facebook page, covered the Prosecutor General of Ukraine and his deputies, civil servants of the first and second categories of ministries and other central executive authorities, the head of the National Bank, judges of the highest specialized courts and the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, the Supreme Court.
However, this amendment was not included in the final version of the 2015 budget, the deputy discovered.
Lutsenko believes that Speaker of Parliament Vladimir Groysman is guilty of falsification.
“I believe this is a deliberate falsification. If the amendment had passed, then officials and judges would have been offended by the president and the government,” commented Lutsenko.
