This was stated by former Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk after a meeting in Washington with the US Ministers of Commerce and Finance, Ukrinform reports.

“This cannot in any way affect support for Ukraine or our relations between Ukraine and the United States. The American administration has supported and will continue to support,” Yatsenyuk believes.

“After negotiations with representatives of the US administration, he expressed the opinion that at the current difficult moment for Europe, the United States may even strengthen support for the Ukrainian people,” Ukrinform clarifies. “Assessing the overall consequences of Brexit for the world, Yatsenyuk called them a “new geopolitical picture,” which is still difficult to assess.”
