Yatsenyuk introduced a package of bills to the Rada to obtain an IMF loan
Kyiv, February 23 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) – The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine submitted to the Verkhovna Rada, in addition to the draft amendments to the 2015 state budget, a package of other bills, the adoption of which is a precondition for the allocation of an IMF loan to the country under the extended financing program.

As reported on the official website of the Rada, in particular, draft amendments to the Budget (No. 2209), Tax (No. 2210) and Customs (No. 2211) codes, as well as draft amendments to the legislation on pension provision (No. 2212), have been registered.
Another bill (No. 2213) concerns amendments to Articles 165 and 252 of the Tax Code, which respectively regulate income not included in the calculation of monthly (annual) taxable income, and the object of taxation of rent for the transportation of oil, petroleum products, natural gas and ammonia.
In addition, this package also includes a bill on stabilizing the financial condition of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine (No. 2214).
It was initially expected that the Verkhovna Rada would consider these bills at an extraordinary session on February 26 this year. However, in the evening it became known that the parliament meeting would take place only on March 3.
