Ukraine will have to give back much more funds to Western creditors than they allegedly “wrote off,” as Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk tried to present.

“We allegedly wrote off $3,8 billion, but in fact we didn’t write it off, but postponed it until after 2019, when the agreement with the IMF expires.
