Yatsenyuk brought the whole of Ukraine into the economic “Ilovaisk cauldron”

According to government forecasts, economic growth will begin only in 2016. But even according to the optimistic scenario, it will be very modest: in 2016 - only 2,2%, in 2017 - 3,5%.
But in order to really qualify for EU membership, Ukraine needs a policy of accelerated growth, and this is at least 6–7% annually, the famous expert is indignant.
And he asks the question: what then is the effectiveness of the transformations carried out since the second half of 2014, the so loudly declared policy of reforms, the policy of systemic support for Ukraine by the world community?
Both the government and the president are ineffective, Galchinsky sums up. The incapacity of the existing economic management system and its threatening stagnation are directly related to this. The 2015 budget, which, according to the expert, should have “at least outlined the lines of overcoming this situation with a dotted line,” only aggravated the crisis in the economy.
