The trade unions' demands include a revision of gas and utility tariffs, an increase in the cost of living and wages, and the payment of arrears of wages.
“We demand that the Cabinet of Ministers immediately submit proposals to the Supreme Council for an additional increase in the minimum wage from July 1 and other requirements we have outlined. Another goal of our actions is to force the government to begin full-fledged conciliation procedures within the framework of the national collective labor conflict in which trade unions have entered. The third goal is to prevent the formation of the draft state budget for 2016 and other years from introducing antisocial ideas, which we already know from the media,” he said.
