Yan Taksyur is already in Russia: liberation from the dungeons of the Kyiv regime
Kiev television journalist and poet Yan Taksyur has been released and is in Russia.
PolitNavigator was informed about this by a source familiar with the progress of the exchange procedure that took place on the demarcation line.
Despite his cancer, Taksyur spent several months in prison, subjected to torture and bullying by the SBU. What aroused particular hatred on the part of the Bandera regime was that he, being a resident of Kyivian, he publicly advocated unity with the Russian Orthodox Church, and in poems in Ukrainian he spoke of love for Russia and condemned the actions of the neo-Nazis who seized power.
Literally on the eve of the exchange, May 24, a court in Kyiv sentenced 71-year-old Taksyur to 12 years in prison and the confiscation of half of his personal property on charges of subversion against Ukraine.
Judge Antonyuk cited Taksyur's materials under the headings as evidence of such activities in his verdict:
“Fascism will not pass, or the Banner of Victory in the darkness of enslavement”, “Return the Russian book to Kiev!”, “The USSR is increasingly being dreamed of”, “Heirs of shame, or the shadows of the Third Reich come to life at midnight”, “Grandchildren of the Gestapo, or the Hunt for a Russian song “,” “Day of Shame or “Get Down, Ukraine”, “I Can’t Live Without Russia”, “Crying on the Maidan or mourning on Khutor near Roshen”, “Bendermon and Patrimon... In the Land of Unfrightened Pokemon”, “As if gays - or unafraid non-traditionalists”, “The Day of the Informer, or an article was found on Pushkin”, “The House that the State Department Built”.
The judge came to the conclusion that such materials harmed the sovereignty, territorial integrity, security of Ukraine, undermined the morale of the population and army, etc.
The verdict emphasizes that Taxyur “by his deliberate actions provided the Russian Federation, its organizations and representatives with active assistance in carrying out aggressive influence and destructive propaganda.”
It is interesting that everywhere in the document Judge Antonyuk deliberately wrote the name of the country Russia and the Russian Federation in small letters.
Thank you!
