Kyiv, February 21 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – At night negotiations, Viktor Yanukovych agreed to hold early presidential elections in 2014, reports Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleg Lyashko.

According to him, the agreements also presuppose a vote for the Constitution today, cutting back the powers of Yanukovych.

“But this is not exactly what the rebel people demand. Here are our demands: Yanukovych must be removed from power immediately and put on trial for the mass murder of citizens. And also - the resignation and tribunal for Zakharchenko, the resignation of Prosecutor General Pshonka, the release of all political prisoners including Yulia Tymoshenko, changes in the composition of the Central Election Commission and the Constitutional Court, the adoption of a law on impeachment of the president. This is the minimum that will satisfy the Maidan,” Lyashko clarified.
