Rostov-on-Don, October 26 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – This morning, overseas polling station No. 900077 opened on the territory of the Consulate General of Ukraine in the Rostov region. Journalists on duty near the diplomatic institution joked that they were waiting for Viktor Yanukovych to vote, but the ex-president never showed up. However, ordinary Ukrainian citizens also showed low activity.

The unusual thing about the opening of the station was that at exactly 8 am, 4 police cars and about 15 police officers gathered under the walls of the Consulate General. Soon almost as many representatives of Russian media, mainly TV, came up. At 10 a.m., it turned out that twice as many Russian police officers and journalists had gathered as voters.
At foreign polling station 900077 in Rostov-on-Don, mostly officials of the Consulate General vote. So at about 10 o’clock Consul General Moskalenko came to the station. When asked by correspondent Sergei Rulev who the supporter of the Kyiv Maidan and the ATO voted for, the diplomat sharply objected that he had the right not to answer questions.
