“Mr. Zakharchenko, apart from conversion centers and smuggling of counterfeit vodka and tobacco, did not understand anything else. And Pan Yakimenko is a former Russian pilot, his level of development is very far from the head of such a highest structure. Yanukovych hired such managers, this is his tragedy,” Moskal said.
