“You can ask a question to Poroshenko and the gop-company. Okay, Crimea is Ukrainian. How many Ukrainians live there? Give them the opportunity to vote for the Ukrainian government. What answer will they give? – Yanukovych said.

In his opinion, the Ukrainian authorities are well aware of the hostile attitude towards themselves of all citizens who have left the country.

“Today they understand well that all those people who left the territory of Ukraine are their opponents. Those who cannot love this government,” Yanukovych said.

Earlier, he said that his lawyers would appeal to the investigative authorities of Ukraine to initiate a criminal case “in relation to the loss of Crimea.”
