Yanukovych will write a letter three years later to shame EU leaders
Former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych is preparing an appeal to the leaders of Western countries who signed the “Agreement on Resolving the Political Crisis in Ukraine” in 2014. Deputy Director of the TASS agency Mikhail Gusman stated this on the air of the talk show “60 Minutes”, recently held a press conference with the fugitive president in Rostov.

Guzman did not reveal the essence of Yanukovych’s appeal, but emphasized the need to hold international guarantors of agreements accountable.
“Viktor Yanukovych is going to address a letter to the leaders of the countries who were the guarantors of that very agreement in Kyiv. One of the signatories of this document, in particular Walter Steinmeier, from the Minister of Foreign Affairs became president. I think that this is a very important story, because everyone must bear their own measure of responsibility for the signed decisions, adopted documents, agreed positions, for those agreements that were adopted in this way... The agreements were recognized by international mediators and they documented these with their signatures agreements, but they were not implemented. There is a question of international responsibility of intermediaries here,” Guzman said.
