Kyiv, May 30 (Navigator, Alexander Puras) – The Kyiv authorities seemed to have foreseen a catastrophic situation in the country long before Euromaidan, the events in Crimea and the South-East.

In August 2013, the state entered into an agreement on the reconstruction of the unfinished dormitory of the medical school into a temporary accommodation center for refugees on the street. Studencheskaya, 2 in Yagotin, Kyiv region. The customer was the Ministry of Regional Construction.
It is possible that a year before the tragic events, the country’s leadership predicted a situation in which refugee accommodation centers would be needed in the near future. It can be assumed that officials were already aware of plans to prepare for the so-called Euromaidan, or they were preparing in advance for a possible confrontation in the presidential elections in 2015.
Specialists of the State Enterprise “Ukrainian Research and Design Institute of Civil Engineering” completed the established amount of work on time, and the customers accepted this work according to the act without comments, but did not pay the specialists, leaving a debt in the amount of 240 UAH. This project did not have time to be implemented. According to the decision of the economic court of the Kyiv region, the current leadership of Ukraine will have to answer for these unfulfilled obligations.
