Yarema, after criticism in the Verkhovna Rada, in particular, and from the “Petro Poroshenko Bloc,” wrote a letter of resignation to the president on Friday.
This is reported by the TV channel «1+1» with reference to insider information.
Let us remind you that within three weeks, 39 people’s deputies from the “Petro Poroshenko Bloc” put their signatures on the demand to dismiss the Prosecutor General. Yarema's resignation was repeatedly demanded by public activists, accusing him of inaction in considering and opening cases against the former leadership of the country.
