This was announced by Deputy Chairman of the Dnepropetrovsk Regional State Administration Svyatoslav Oleynik.

According to him, a corresponding proposal came from the General Staff.

“Yarosh will be at the center of decision-making. Then the question that the DUK is a separate structure will be removed altogether,” he said, answering a question from journalists from the 112 Ukraine TV channel about Yarosh’s control.

He emphasized that Governor Igor Kolomoisky has nothing to do with the DUK, and complained that the three territorial defense battalions created in the region were sent to the ATO zones, and were not engaged in protecting the region, as expected.
