With the advent of the crisis, grandmothers who smoked cigarettes began to return to Kherson. Like snowdrops, they hatched all over Kherson at once, writes the Kherson Facts publication.

The rise in prices of excisable goods, which include cigarettes, is forcing tobacco lovers to look for ways to save. Therefore, some smokers have stopped buying cigarettes in packs and are switching to piecemeal mode, journalists share their observations.

According to cigarette wholesalers, the amount of smuggled goods has increased sharply recently.

In Kherson, grandmothers have always been involved in the sale of such a not quite “real” product. The sale of vodka in plastic cups will soon return to the streets of Ukrainian cities, journalists suggest.
