This opinion was expressed by the journalist of the Kyiv publication “Capital” Vyacheslav Chechilo.
“It is obvious that no one will listen to Poplavsky’s students, preferring to turn off the radio altogether. Etc.. As a result, an increasingly large part of the solvent audience of the entertainment industry and the industry itself will go online without paying taxes or obeying any rules. Clothes are in American online stores, equipment is on Aliexpress, food is in a smuggled stall at the market, music and films are on the Internet, politicians are fucked,” he wrote on his page on the social network, commenting on the adopted Rada law on language quotas for radio.
