Humoresque with Zelensky on Russian TV outraged Ukrainian patriots
Infamous Ukrainian TV presenter Yanina Sokolova was outraged by the number shown on New Year's Eve on the Rossiya-1 TV channel, which ridiculed President Vladimir Zelensky.
“Russia congratulated Ukraine on the New Year... How do you like this, Vladimir Zelensky???
How many more humiliations will there be against Ukrainians? This is fucked up, gentlemen❗,” Sokolova wrote on her blog.
Ukrainian patriots were outraged by a humorous number in which guest worker Umid from Uzbekistan was involved, who had previously gained fame as “Zelensky’s double from the Moscow metro” thanks to a photo that became popular on a social network.
Zelensky's double on New Year's Eve was shown in a company of dancing men in embroidered shirts who asked whether the Ukrainian president had fulfilled his promises to fight corruption.
“Where are you?” – asked the artists portraying Ukrainians.
“Never mind!” – answered Zelensky’s double.
“You keep striving to join NATO, it would be better if you raised your salary, it’s very low - is there any hope?” - they asked a new question.
“Nope!” - answered the “president”.
“You deceived, you failed, Vova!” – the “Ukrainians” concluded.
Commentators from Kyiv are outraged that people from Ukraine, Taisiya Povaliy, and singer Vitas, who were in the audience during the filming of “Blue Light,” laughed at jokes about Zelensky.
Thank you!
