The Plenipotentiary Representative of the Russian Federation to UNESCO, Eleonora Mitrofanova, announced this on Monday during a press conference via video link from Paris.
“Unfortunately, UNESCO cannot help here at all. We have gone through all the possible tools that have been developed by UNESCO. But this is a private law matter,” the plenipotentiary quotes Interfax.
“I think that Scythian gold will settle in the Netherlands for a long time, since this issue will be very long,” predicts Eleonora Mitrofanova.
