During the presidency of Viktor Yanukovych, the owners of Promtovarny Market LLC (Seventh Kilometer Market) were four people: Viktor Dobryansky (34%), Boris Melnichuk (34%), Irina Chernat (18%) and Denis Voloshin (14%).
However, already in 2010, the founders of Seventh Kilometer, under pressure, rewrote and formally donated 25% of the market shares to the offshore company Parroks Corporation Limited, owned by the son of Yuri Ivanyushchenko, Arsen.
According to Denis Voloshin, today Ivanyushchenko’s structures collectively own 56% of the market shares. Assets are divided. 28% of these shares belong to Kittep Limited, the founder of which is Management Excellence Limited (London). "Management Excellence Limited" is registered in London on the street. Thule, 122-126. Almost all of Yuri Ivanyushchenko’s business assets are registered at this address.
According to the founders of the market, Yuri Ivanyushchenko’s structures entered the “Seventh Kilometer” also through one of the founders, Boris Melnichuk. The latter is a co-owner of Gloria Group LLC, which, together with Ivanyushchenko’s companies, owns the Business Security company. The Business Security company is engaged in market protection.
As Viktor Dobryansky, co-owner of the 7 km market, said, the purpose of this company, created at the end of 2010, “was only one thing - extortion from entrepreneurs, monitoring them.”
The entrepreneurs also said that after the arrival of Ivanyushchenko’s structures, more than 10 additional taxes and fees appeared on the market, which form the so-called “black cash” of the market.
The “Seventh Kilometer” market occupies a total area of 110 hectares, of which 75 hectares are under retail facilities. According to the authors of the story, the daily shadow income of the market is 500-700 thousand UAH.
