Yuri Kot announced an unprecedented rampant corruption in the new territories of Russia
In the territories recently annexed to Russia, unprecedented rampant corruption reigns - “they steal like the last time,” ex-host of the Kyiv Anti-Maidan Yuri Kot claims in his blog.
“Among the current leadership of the liberated and annexed lands there are utter thieves,” he writes, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The author of the blog makes it clear that he blames the “Varangians” who came to the administration of the new territories for corruption:
“How can we compare the wild “cutting” of the budget in the newly annexed territories?
Obviously, some of the “effective managers” who came there don’t give a damn not only about them, but also about Russia itself. They are only interested in their own wealth. “People in the know” testify to this responsibly. Well, the president, apparently, is poorly informed about this.
This is confirmed by my sources, for example, in the Zaporozhye region. After a number of events, the “raider” seizures of local enterprises and real estate ceased. And there is nothing left to share openly, everything has been laid out. Normal, highly qualified specialists from Moscow and other cities of the Big Earth do not want to go to this bedlam, no matter what money they are promised. The local administration is more afraid of sabotage and missile attacks from Ukraine than punishment from Moscow. The population sees all this. You understand what people think,” writes Kot.
He clarifies:
“Please understand me correctly. I’m not saying that the entire leadership of all the liberated territories is dishonest. But, unfortunately, there are others. Ask the local population,” the author concluded.
