“We see raider takeovers happening every week. If earlier this practice concerned only large enterprises, now it is spreading - now anyone can take over any enterprise. This is not only not conducive to improving the investment climate in the country, it completely neutralizes all the efforts of the country’s leadership to attract additional money to the country. If your company can be re-registered in a day, you shouldn’t invest money in such a country,” says the lawyer.
