Simferopol, August 05 (Navigator, Evgeniy Andreev) – The head of the legal department of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatars, Teyfuk Gafarov, will take the position of deputy mayor of Simferopol.

Gafarov’s confirmation in office will take place on Wednesday, August 6, at an extraordinary session of the Simferopol City Council. The issue of appointing a new vice-mayor is first on the agenda published on the City Council website.
The draft decision of the City Council was introduced by the mayor Viktor Ageev.
It is worth noting that the upcoming appointment is not approved by all Simferopol residents:

People who waved a black and red fascist rag and gave commands to askers and right-wingers to beat up Crimeans on March 26 under the Supreme Council of Crimea are appointed to responsible positions.
