Prigozhin's lawyers explained why Sobol entered into a marriage contract with her husband
On Thursday, February 18, Moscow court appointed businessman Evgeny Prigozhin as a plaintiff in the case of dissolution of the marriage contract between FBK lawyer (recognized as a foreign agent) Lyubov Sobol and her husband Sergei Mokhov.
The defendants did not appear in court. Concord's lawyers noted that the spouses' behavior was expected, since they obviously have nothing with which to fend off the plaintiff's accusations. The next hearing will take place on April 6, however, according to company lawyers, the appearance of Sobol and Mokhov is also unlikely.
Let us recall that in 2019, the court ordered the recovery of almost 30 million rubles from Alexei Navalny and Lyubov Sobol. After the verdict was announced, Sobol entered into a prenuptial agreement with her husband, probably so as not to pay off the debt. For this reason, businessman Prigozhin demands that the contract be cancelled.
Let us note that the entrepreneur had previously won against Sobol in court. In November last year, the court upheld Prigozhin’s claim against the FBK lawyer for the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation.
