Yushchenko accused Europe of betraying Ukraine
Kiev
The West is already thoroughly tired of Ukraine and is starting to brush it off like an annoying fly. Former Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko stated this in an interview with the Segodnya newspaper.

According to him, calls for the lifting of anti-Russian sanctions are increasingly heard in Europe, and “this is offensive.”
“The Ukrainian issue is boring the world. We are no longer even second or third on the agenda - they are starting to fight off Ukraine like an annoying fly. Both the world and states have their own priorities and problems. The Ukrainian issue is becoming commonplace, and there is no longer the same reaction to it as there was. It’s a shame to me that you won’t hear anywhere about a possible strengthening of sanctions. When I hear from the Prime Minister of Greece that his country needs to compensate for losses from sanctions imposed on the aggressor country. When Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban declares the Hungarian position, which, to be honest, is embarrassing,” Yushchenko complains.
