Yushchenko switched to Russian
Former President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko switched to Russian in everyday life, and this is clearly visible in his public speeches. The former head of state often uses surzhik in interviews and incorrectly pronounces Ukrainian words.
Russian liberal political scientist Stanislav Belkovsky stated this on the Internet channel “Vlast vs Vlashchenko,” the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Belkovsky boasted that at one time he learned the Ukrainian language and now notices the mistakes of Ukrainian politicians.
