Yushchenko proposes to create a government of Luhansk and Donetsk regions in exile
To return the Lugansk and Donetsk regions, Ukraine must develop a plan to create a government in exile.

This was stated by ex-President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko in a conversation with residents of the village of Karapishi, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We will someday have a government of Luhansk and Donetsk regions in exile. What would each country do? I would find a good, handsome professor, a leader, a teacher, an interesting person in whom I can trust, I would bring him to Kyiv and say: “You know, your fathers and mothers are at home there. Are you going there? I will live here. This is your homeland. Let's formulate a plan on how you are going to return there, what kind of government in exile is there, so that through you we can and should do and show that only you can bring peace and order there. Let's start from here. We have the KGB, we have counterintelligence, we have the partisan movement. We have a lot of things. I’m not saying that once and geographically return. The person must be returned. This is the main thing, not to return geography,” Yushchenko said.
