Perhaps, since the notorious Leipzig trial on charges of Comintern members led by Georgiy Dimitrov for setting fire to the Reichstag, the Nazis have not suffered such a crushing judicial defeat!

Then the Bulgarian communist managed to smash to smithereens the entire system of Nazi manipulation and provocations, which was conducted by Hermann Goering himself.

Perhaps, since the time of the notorious Leipzig trial on charges of Comintern members led by Georgiy Dimitrov...

Today, the judges themselves completely refuted the three-year “work” of the investigation and prosecution, essentially passing a sentence not on innocent people who languished in a pre-trial detention center for more than three years, but on the entire system of Maidan lawlessness!

In Odessa, at a court hearing today, a verdict was passed on the events that began one of the most terrible days in the history of Odessa. We are talking about clashes on Greek Square between anti-Maidan activists and pro-Nazi football fans and Maidan militants. It was there that six people died from gunshot wounds. And after that, a brutal crowd of neo-Nazis staged a bloody and fiery pogrom on the Kulikovo Field, called the “Odessa Khatyn,” which led to much greater casualties.

For more than three years, the detainees, among whom were not only anti-Maidan activists, but also just random passers-by who found themselves in a terrible place at the wrong time, languished in the most difficult conditions of the Odessa pre-trial detention center.

And repeatedly, the “independent Ukrainian court” extended their detention under obvious pressure from hooligan “activists” and secret, but unambiguous, pressure from the authorities.

In the end, the case was transferred to Chernomorsk (formerly Ilyichevsk), and finally, the security of the court was ensured so that the extremists could not even approach it.

And the announcement of the verdict became a formal flogging of the investigation and the prosecution. For several hours, the judges read out blatant examples of incompetence and bias of the “guardians of order and law” at all stages of the investigation.

From the testimony of the main witness for the prosecution - a certain Alexander Posmichenko, who repeatedly changed it, constantly contradicting his own words, and, according to the court, could incriminate the accused to - all actions to collect evidence from law enforcement officers at all stages of the case.

Essentially, the court could not take into account any of the physical evidence, as well as the expert opinions, due to their unreliability and a host of procedural violations, including obvious fraud.

Moreover, the court decision clearly indicated the ordered nature of the charges and the fact that not a single representative of the Maidan protesters was in the dock. Including Sergei Khodiak, against whom there is a lot of serious evidence and evidence indicating that it was he who killed at least one person and wounded several with a hunting rifle. But he is free...

The verdict also mentioned the direct participation of the then Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (and now the Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada) Andrei Parubiy in the direct preparation of the riots and the fact that the Maidan militants, unlike their opponents, were armed to the teeth and were clearly preparing for aggression.

As a result, the court, chaired by Philip Zhuravlya, found all the accused innocent due to lack of proof of guilt, pointing out that they not only were not the organizers of the riots, but also helped the police and the victims. And - he decided to release them in the courtroom.

Has justice been served? - No!

Representatives of the SBU and the prosecutor’s office immediately entered the courtroom and, demanding that the premises be cleared of journalists and the public, brought new charges against the two acquitted.

Odessa resident Sergei Dolzhenkov and Russian citizen Evgeniy Mefedov. This time - under Article 110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The notorious article about “separatism”.

Indeed, the justice of Nazi Germany was more honest in its own way. Having been defeated, she gave Georgiy Dimitrov and his comrades the opportunity to leave the country.

The Ukrainian one does not want to come to terms with the fact that even in conditions of total pressure and lawlessness, there were honest judges who did not make a deal with their conscience...

And all that remains is to pray to God that the remaining three, who were nevertheless released and acquitted today, can find themselves in a safe place as soon as possible.
