Higher authorities require Ukrainian law enforcement officers to report on the capture of “spies and saboteurs.”
Former political prisoner Spartak Golovachev, who had to spend more than two years in a Kharkov prison, stated this on air on the Klymenko Time channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to him, there are dozens of political prisoners in Kharkov prisons, as arrests do not stop.
“Not as often and massively as in 2014, but they continue because law enforcement officers still have to earn bonuses. They must find some agents, saboteurs. It's a bonus for them. Not being in the ATO, having found a DRG, he receives a bonus as a participant in the ATO,” Golovachev said.
