“Yesterday at 23.50 the TSN announcer announced that I VOLUNTARILY WITHDRAWN my candidacy from the elections of the mayor of Kyiv and deputies of the Kiev City Council. It’s as if I submitted an application to the commission, and it granted it!!!” – Orobets wrote on Facebook.
She points out that the “1+1” film crew was at a routine meeting of the commission, as if knowing in advance about the impending removal of Orobets from the elections.
“They came on their own. True, the commission members from Udar were talking among themselves, “Where is our TV?” The TIC voted for my removal somewhere between 00:05 and 0:30. The broadcast on TSN was at 23:50 - already edited.
...This really happens regularly to Russian journalists; they also mystically know the future.
Let me remind you that without the false propaganda of hatred carried out by people who for some reason call themselves journalists, there would have been no deaths on the Maidan, in Odessa, in the East, there would have been no loss of Crimea.
Journalism must be fair, objective and based on facts. This is the only one in the new Ukraine...
My team is exploring ways to hold defamers legally accountable. In case there is no refutation and apology,” Orobets wrote.
