Why did Poroshenko climb the barricades with cancer?
There will be no early elections to the Verkhovna Rada, because the president and the parliamentary majority did not care about public opinion.

Director of the Agency for Social Communications Sergei Belashko stated this at a press conference in Kyiv.
“In his speech, Poroshenko emphasized that there will be no re-elections,” the expert recalled. – The parliamentary majority and the president do not want elections. And what is public opinion? They really don't care about public opinion. As Poroshenko said 10 years ago: “I didn’t climb the barricades like that.”
Let us note that the political scientist was referring to a telephone conversation that took place in 2014 between Petro Poroshenko and the chairman of the board of “Channel 5” Vladislav Lyasovsky, who received a reprimand for what Poroshenko believed was the channel’s incorrect informational accents.
Soon, a recording of this conversation was posted online.
“Not a single bastard showed me in Donetsk!!! – Poroshenko was indignant. I fucking climbed the barricades, and what are you doing?!?! Have they gone fucking crazy?!!? ...fuck...fuck! Who are you promoting, your mother f**k?!”
