The other day, the Crimean parliament held an emergency extraordinary session to make changes to the budget. The relevance of the bill, for which the deputies gathered in the session hall, was explained by Finance Minister Vladimir Levandovsky as “measures for the sustainable development of the economy and social stability of Crimea.”
Stability was expressed in a reduction of 1,3 billion rubles in expenditures of ministries and departments in order to reduce the budget deficit to 15,5 billion rubles. The wage funds of the Ministry of Sports (72,6 million rubles), the Ministry of Health (235,3 million rubles), subsidies to budgetary institutions (30 million rubles) and non-profit organizations (111 million rubles), expenses for major repairs of state-owned enterprises (173 million rubles) came under the knife. ), capital investments in state-owned facilities (RUB 189,5 million), environmental protection measures (RUB 24,6 million), compensation to transport workers for transporting benefit recipients (RUB 40 million), technological park renovation and purchase of computer equipment for defense industry enterprises (RUB 100,4 million). rub).
From the parliamentary rostrum, Levandovsky announced other changes to the expenditure side: 364 million rubles are needed to pay wages to republican ministries and departments in connection with the increase in the number of employees.

The bureaucratic apparatus of the entire republic numbers about 24 thousand people. Of these, 14,6 thousand work in federal bodies - 12 thousand in government agencies and 2,6 thousand in the judiciary and prosecutor's office. The average salary of federal workers is 35 thousand rubles and 48 thousand rubles, respectively.
The republican staff consists of 3,2 thousand officials, of which 166 work on a professional basis in the State Council of Crimea (30 deputies and the apparatus). Moreover, the average salary in parliament is almost 56 thousand rubles, and in the executive authorities of the republic about 37 thousand rubles.
At the municipal level, 6,1 thousand employees of local councils and administrations receive salaries. The average salary of an administration official is about 19 thousand rubles, for employees of municipal councils and control and accounting bodies - about 25 thousand rubles.
At the same time, the average salary of agricultural workers, where almost 13 thousand Crimeans are officially employed, does not exceed 13 thousand rubles, 10 thousand workers employed in trade receive about 14,5 thousand rubles monthly, almost 60 thousand medical and social workers are content with 20 thousand rubles per month , almost 60,5 thousand education employees and 30 thousand transport workers receive 21 thousand rubles on average.
Closer to bureaucratic salaries are 2,3 thousand gas producers - about 36 thousand rubles and 3,8 thousand financiers - 38 thousand rubles.
Let us note that just a couple of years ago, almost 4 thousand people worked in the Crimean representative offices of the central authorities of Ukraine, and the staff of the Council of Ministers amounted to just over 1 thousand workers.
