According to the head of the administration, as of today, work on restoring the bridge across Seversky Donets, which was blown up on instructions from the ATO headquarters, connecting Stanitsa with Lugansk, is not being carried out.
“There are pensions and salaries. People are slowly returning,” Zolkin is optimistic about the future.
