The head of the DPR, Alexander Zakharchenko, stated this at a briefing in Donetsk.
According to him, the irretrievable losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in this provocation amounted to more than 200 people.
“The data provided by the corps’ intelligence, confirmed indirectly by the data provided by Ukrainian medicine, is more than 200 killed and about 300-plus wounded. In just a few days of fighting, they lost almost two battalions,” Zakharchenko said.
