No one has yet been punished for the “Night of Wrath” in Lviv because of the chaos - the prosecutor makes excuses

During a session of the Lviv City Council, deputies asked the city prosecutor Andrey Gnatyev if there were any results of the investigation and the prosecutor’s office’s efforts to bring to justice the people who caused riots during the “Night of Wrath” in Lviv.
As the prosecutor said, two criminal proceedings have been opened based on the events during the “Night of Wrath” - on the fact of seizure and theft of property from 11 administrative premises.
Four main versions are being considered, one of them is that it was a provoked action. “To prove and identify a specific person when there was chaos... this is an open question... we have it under our control,” the prosecutor noted.
The second case, Gnatyev said, was opened in connection with the theft of weapons on February 20 from the territory of the Berkut unit. “There is a problem there that for two days law enforcement officers could not get to the scene of the incident, since the territory was under public control. This production is also under control,” the prosecutor said.
